SHARED-HOME EXPECTATIONS

A respectful home starts with shared responsibility.

Respect shared spaces

Use kitchens, living areas, bathrooms, and laundry spaces considerately and leave them ready for others.

Support a peaceful home

Observe reasonable quiet times and communicate respectfully with other house members.

Care for the property

Keep personal areas orderly, report maintenance concerns, and avoid damage to the home or furnishings.

Honor household agreements

Follow the signed housing agreement and the final property-specific expectations provided before move-in.

These are general expectations, not final house rules. Complete property-specific policies—including guests, smoking, pets, quiet hours, safety, and shared-space responsibilities—will be provided for review before any housing commitment.

Final amenities, payment terms, and property-specific inclusions will be provided before a rental commitment or move-in.

MEET THE FOUNDER

I’m Andrea, the founder of Steadryn Housing.

I created Steadryn Housing because I believe everyone deserves a living environment where they are treated with dignity, feel secure, and have the opportunity to move forward. A stable place to call home can provide the foundation someone needs to regain confidence, look ahead with hope, and begin a new chapter.

Working in the healthcare field since 2012—and serving as a nurse today—has strengthened the values that guide me: compassion, patience, dignity, and recognizing that every person has their own circumstances, needs, and goals. Those same values are at the heart of Steadryn Housing.

Whether you are exploring housing for yourself or helping someone find the right option, you can expect clear communication, genuine care, and respect from the very first conversation.
